Lori Fields

  • Lori is the founder of Jay Street Partners and, with her commitment towards building a high-touch boutique consultancy, guides the overall strategy for all of its brands to launch and scale their Amazon business. Lori’s deep knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the retail landscape comes from more than 20 years of experience in eCommerce and brand development. Lori intimately understands the importance of Amazon and is committed to guiding all Jay Street Partners clients reach their full potential on the channel. When not with clients or analyzing Amazon strategy, Lori is a multitasking single mom and avid kayaker.

Amy Nissanoff

  • After receiving her MBA from Columbia Business School, Amy began her corporate finance career in the consumer magazine publishing industry focused on m&a, as well as rigorous strategic and financial analysis. She later broadened her industry focus and worked as an independent business consultant for a range of companies.

    Most recently, Amy has devoted her time developing specific expertise in Amazon marketing and analysis for Jay Street Partners where she now manages client accounts, including the design and optimization of paid search, to guide brands to scale on Amazon. In her spare time, you can find Amy on her Peloton bike.

Jules Smith

  • Jules is a dynamic leadership executive with strong experience in the advertising, media and public relations space. She has played a pivotal role in building culture, enhancing team development and developing strategies for organizational efficiencies. She understands the value of storytelling, the importance of building client relationships as well as what it takes to deliver powerful results.

    Jules work at Jay Street includes maintaining and growing client relationships, monitoring account health, driving initiatives to enhance brand awareness and process improvement.

    Outside of work, she is a mom of two boys and is passionate about fitness and wellness. She lives in New York City and enjoys travel + food + matcha + beach life.
